Having fruits once a day will make up for all that junk food you’ve eaten the whole day. Drinking water is a must, it purifies the blood leaving your skin healthy.

Start In The Kitchen

Let me tell you what all I use on my skin to keep it healthy. The very first thing that I use on my skin is, gram flour. Mix two spoons of gram flour and a little bit of turmeric powder in milk and evenly apply the mixture on your clean face. This a very traditional method to keep ones skin glowing used in India. It keeps me looking fresh all day, with a bright glow on my face.

Fed up with the pimples on your face? They are caused due to the impurities that get into your skin. Wash your face twice a day and keep your hands clean. Why hands? Hands carry the maximum number of germs and when you touch your face with the same dirty hands, germs are transferred causing pimples.
