Tell us a little bit about your military career.

I am a 42A (Human Resources) and I have been serving since I was 17 years old. I love the opportunities that the military has provided. I would say that what I love about the military the most is the diversity and the ability to travel. I've received a Masters while serving in the military and I'm currently working on my PhD. I've meant many great people along the way and have had great experiences. I also love the flexibility and stability for my family.

What are your current endeavors?

I'm a God fearing woman, Soldier, Wife, Mother, Soror, Foodie, Author, Certified Personal Trainer, Health and Fitness Coach, Mentor, and BJJ Competitor. Did I mention I LOVE food. I am also an advocate for the Moebius Syndrome Foundation. Our oldest son Khaleb was diagnosed with Moebius Syndrome.

What is the best advice you can share with our audience?

Never give up on something that you're determined to do. If it comes to you and you feel good about it, go for it. No matter how long it takes or who thinks you're crazy for doing it, do it. Do YOU. Stop worrying about what others think of you.

What associations or involvements you would like to attribute to your success?

The Army for instilling discipline and my family of course.

Where can our audience find you?

Is there anything else you would like to add?

I love new challenges and I love helping others. I love it when people reach their goals that they thought they never could. I can coach and train all day long but at the end of the day, THEY did it. THEY reached their goals. I just gave them the tools to do it. I have many goals in life and sometimes I have too many to tackle at once. That's when I know that I can't do everything. Some things aren't meant for me even though I want to do it. One thing that I do know is that helping others is for me.
