Return, Exchange and Discount Policy

Review the complete policy before submitting your request online. Items will be returned at customer's expense.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Cosmetics:  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the unused portion, in its original container and label. We will refund the amount of the product as it is listed on your order.

Gift Cards (Cards, eGift Cards, Certificates and Vouchers): Unused gift cards may be returned or exchanged for their original purchase price within 60 days of their original date of purchase. This includes stolen or damaged cards.  Partially used gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Accessories:  Accessories may be returned or exchanged for their original purchase price within 30 days of their original date of purchase. Accessories must be new, unworn, unused and undamaged.

Shipping, Delivery, Packaging, Raw Ingredients, Custom Orders, Party Favors, Clubs/Program Memberships, Food, Perishable Goods, Editable Items, Flowers (All like items): All sales are final.

Discount/ Redemption Codes: These items are not redeemable for cash. Only one discount code may be applied at a time. Discounts cannot be combined, under any circumstance. Discounts do not apply to previous purchases. Discount codes cannot be used for multiple purchases.

Submit your return or exchange request at the following link, https://returns.aftership.com/butterangels.com. Print the RMA and place it in your box. 

PRODUCT RECALLS

Product recalls are entitled to a full refund or exchange. To quality, product with original label and batch number must be returned. All recalled products will be listed on our Product Recalls page on our main website.

VERIFICATION

Purchase verification is necessary for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Original product or accessory, packaging, and RMA confirmation must be returned to Butter Angels, LLC. 

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. An approval or denial email will be sent once the item is inspected. If approved, your refund and or exchange will be processed within 10 business days from receipt of item. Paypal will be used for cash refunds. All other electronic refunds will be returned to the original credit card for which it was purchased. Shipping costs may be deducted from the total refund group.

SHIPPING AND LOCAL DELIVERY

Returns and exchanges may be mailed to Butter Angels, 111 Mill Pond Rd, Powdersville, SC 29642. Include your items and RMA print out. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from refund or exchange amount.

Always consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES 

Delivery methods include, but are not exclusive to, download, email, shipping, and local delivery, or face to face transaction. Any method for which purchases or gifted items are given to the customer or their chosen recipient should be considered a delivery. If a package of any kind is returned to Butter Angels because of an undeliverable address you will not be refunded the cost for delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to track the missing package. Exceptions will be made only if the fault is Butter Angels.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customers and clients are responsible for additional shipping cost to include duty, taxes and other fees.  

DENIED EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

If your exchange or refund is denied you will be responsible for all shipping or delivery costs necessary to return the item to you. Shipping or delivery costs must be paid within 14 days of the denial or the item will be disposed of.
